Our first Restaurant…Inside Park at St. Barts

SRC at New Green City

Our Mission

The Sustainable Restaurant Corps (SRC) is a non-profit that helps restaurants reduce their impact on the environment.  Our coaches will reach out to restaurants, neighborhood by neighborhood, and work with them to reduce their energy and water usage, to recycle and compost more of their waste and to incorporate more local, organic, sustainable, and seasonal food
